The sum of €100 will be pre-authorized for the security deposit. There will be no charge and the pre-authorization will be canceled 48 hours after departure, unless damage is detected. In this case, you will still be notified.
If you arrive after 10pm, we ask you to keep the noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the neighbors.
On the day of departure it is forbidden to leave rubbish bags outside or inside the apartment. In Venice, waste collection is only carried out in the morning, except on Sundays. Please scrupulously follow the recommendations provided during check-in by the reception staff.
It is the guests responsibility to ensure thatwindows, shutters and doors are closed when leaving the apartment, to ensure the safety of the property.
