Only 200 metres from Santa Maria Novella Train Station, B&B I Sleep is a 10-minute walk from Florence Cathedral. It offers ultra-modern air-conditioned accommodationin the attic of a historical Florentine building with terrace.

If you notify the property at least 48 hours in advance, late-check in from 18:00 to 20:30 is possible on request with no surcharge. Without notification a surcharge applies. Arrivals between 20:30 and 23:30 come at extra cost. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 23:30.

Breakfast is provided daily on site. Alternatively, it can be served at a nearby café, which is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable rates.


Check-ins are done exclusively from 2 pm via self check-in procedure sent a few days before via Whatsapp. After 6 p.m. there will definitely not be staff present at the facility to assist you but you can contact them by phone.
Should you plan to arrive outside of the above hours or if you need to leave your luggage in the morning while we prepare your room please notify us in advance asearly andor late arrivals are subject to confirmation by us.
Should your room be ready, it will be my pleasure to deliver it to you in advance, in any case we will be happy to hold your luggage from 9:30 am.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
